POST DECREE MODIFICATIONS

Divorce decrees and parenting plans are entered into at a specific point in time. Over time our lives change and it becomes necessary to be flexible and step outside the bounds of our divorce decrees and parenting plans. Many times these modifications/changes just become a part of your routine and you never update your divorce decree or parenting plan. I encourage my clients to be flexible, especially when it comes to children, but to always update any permanent changes in their plans with the court.
